Super Kids Club

Super kids Club is an additional program offered at Lone Mountain Taekwondo.  This program includes :

-2 extra classes weekly only available to Super Kids Club Members

-Opportunities to learn additional technical/creative forms and earn additional belts

-Opportunites to learn edged weapons

-Demo Team opportunites

-Inidividual meetings with an instructor regularly to discuss goals/progress and to create plans to accomplish those goals.

Costs:

Super kids club is an additional 25$ a month.  This includes all the above benefits.  Anyone who has leaned one of the additional forms provided in Super Kids Club (Dan Gun, Do San etc) will be given a 5$ discount per form learned perviously.  This discount does not apply to forms learned once in the Super Kids Club.

I agree to the fee of 25$ per month to be billed monthly on the first of the month. If the student has learned forms previously a 5$ discount will be applied per form learned.  Forms learned after joining Super Kids Club will not be discounted.
